Not all vinegars are created equal. This organic Bragg apple cider vinegar with the ‘Mother’ is a high-quality, unfiltered vinegar made from organically grown apples, which still contains the ‘Mother’.

Some vinegars (those crystal-clear ones you see on supermarket shelves) remove the ‘Mother’, which is a cobweb-like substance that forms naturally as raw organic vinegar ferments.

The vinegar itself contains very few calories or carbs, and no fat, so it’s a guilt-free drizzle of goodness in whatever recipe you use it in. Why not try mixing apple cider vinegar into a salad dressing to add a little zing to your lunch. Or add it to muffins, avocado on toast, or even just pop two teaspoons into a glass of water and lemon juice in the morning to set you up for the day.

How to use:

Shake well before use. Suggested 15ml dilute to taste with water. Can be taken up to 3 times daily. Personal preference only.
