Pre-pooing single-handedly changed my hair for the better. I said goodbye to matted roots and knots a while ago. The price is so inexpensive that it is sustainable enough to use each wash day. This is shocking because it just melts away the tangles. If you struggle with matted hair or cannot find a conditioner with enough slip. Then please try this pre-poo.
I cannot praise Creme of Nature Moisture Shampoo enough, it just works so wonderfully for the price tag. I’ve always said that this shampoo is a Camille Rose Ginger Rinse Dupe. It cleans my hair and provides enough moisture to gently detangling my hair with incredible lather. I mean for £4.99 you have to try it.
The Aunt Jackies Soft & Sassy deep conditioner is for kids, but it just works like a treat. They didn’t lie when they added soft in the product title. This conditioner is great for softening coarse hair and it can be used as a deep conditioner, rinse out or co-wash. I don’t think we need to say anymore.
This Aunt Jackies leave-in conditioner works so well for the price that it doesn’t even make any sense. It is lightweight and moisturising with great quality ingredients such as Marshmallow Root and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Try it as a base for your wash and go and I don’t think you will be disappointed.
We really could not decide between the following products so we included both of them.
The Cantu Curling Cream is lightweight compared to the African Pride Curling Cream from my experience. However, they both provide great moisture and thickness to create an amazing twist out or braid out. When it comes to scent hands down the African pride Curling Cream wins.
The Creme of Nature Snot is a simple product with simple ingredients but it works very well for twist outs and any sleek puffs.
We also had to add Aunt Jackie's Ice Curls Curling Jelly because of its stand out performance and ingredients. It has a lovely scent and consistency making it perfect for wash and go’s twist outs, puff and braid outs. The key ingredients are Marshmallow roots, Grapeseed and Almond Oil.The African Pride Essential Oil is hands down one of my favourite oils. It is so lightweight and smells divine. It pretty much works well for everything from hot oil treatments to scalp massages.
This oil is so versatile because of its blend of Castor Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil and Olive Oil. An additional benefit is that it comes with an applicator bottle that can be re-used too.
