You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PRICE

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Sometimes items may be incorrectly priced. If such an error is discovered, we will contact you and provide you with the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The online store is for use by individuals aged 15 and over. You should not use this site if you are under this age.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this site without express written permission by us.
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

PAYMENT

  • Payment for your item will be taken at the time of your order, including the shipping fee for the said item. 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We are not liable for any errors or omissions of your shipping/billing address and do not accept responsibility for any safe places or PO boxes.

  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information including your shipping address.
  • You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Pre-order payments do not guarantee availability.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will contact you to via e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

PASSING OF PROPERTY

AQ Online Ltd shall retain the property of the goods until the payment has been made by a customer and has been received. The customer owns the goods once full payment has been received by AQ Online Ltd. 

INGREDIENT DISCLAIMER

  • Our ingredient and product descriptions are for reference only. The material is provided as general information only. They should not be used solely, and we recommend you use multiple sources of information for better accuracy. 

If you are not sure what ingredients are for a product or want to confirm our current batch due to allergies or general concerns. Please email us at care@aqonline.co.uk and we can confirm this before you place an order.

 IMAGE DISCLAIMER

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS DISCLAIMER

  • For reasons out of control, there can be varying differences between product batches. This could mean that ingredients or the product name/appearance may be slightly different.
  • As many of the products on our site include botanical ingredients and/or handmade, you may find that products vary in colour, texture and fragrance.
  • We do not guarantee that all products sold on www.aqonline.co.uk will arrive with a seal on the bottle. Many of the brands carried on our site are small independent US vendors who may not place seals at all or are inconsistent with the practice. We, sadly, cannot check retrospectively if the product has a seal on it without tampering with the merchandise.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Refer to returns for more details.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, blog posts, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We do not warrant that the quality of any products or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ORDERS

  • We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 
  • All orders are subject to availability.

If for any reason the goods you ordered are unavailable, we will contact you via Email/Whatsapp or Text Message offering a full refund, alternative or a date that the item will be available again. Which will place you on a pre-order list and the terms will be applicable. If you want part of your order shipped, we will require an additional shipping fee for the pre-ordered item.

ORDER QUANTITY

We have set a maximum limit of 3 for each item. As a small business, we are constantly trying to balance our inventory and maintain sufficient stock of all our products. We have set this limit to ensure that we can cater to our customers' needs without running out of stock. Please note that if you exceed this limit. We will not be able to fulfil more than the set limit of 3 for each item.

We may contact you offering another product alternative.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You have the right to request a cancellation via email care@aqonline.co.uk before your order has been dispatched.
  • However, we can't guarantee that we can cancel your order.

PROMOTION CODES

We offer discounts and promotions on selected products and collections from time to time. Each code we issue will have its own terms and may only be applicable to said items. 

  • Please note that promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items or bundles. 
  • Any free shipping promotions offered will be sent via our standard service of 3-5 working days, unless stipulated next day delivery will not be available.
  • We are unable to retrospectively add any promotional offers to your order and cannot reimburse the value of it once the order has been placed.
  • Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined, and only one offer can be applied to any order.
  • In promotions where there is a free or half price item when purchasing multiple items, please note the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
  • Promotional offers may have a minimum purchase value, this information will be available with the discount code. Minimum Purchase Value May Apply.
  • Bundles and sale items are exlcuded from promotions unless stipulated.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or cancel AQ Rewards at any time without notice.
  • In order to be eligible for AQ Rewards, you must create a customer account which automatically enrols you into the program.
  • AQ Rewards cannot be backdated.
  • Your points expire after 12 months if you haven’t redeemed them.

GIFT CARDS

  • All gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed in British Pounds
  • Upon payment, your gift card will be sent to you via email

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email and are not liable for any delays outside of our control such as vendor or courier delays.

DELIVERY 

  • We attempt to dispatch orders within 1 working day
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekend/public holidays
  • If there's any delays with your order, we will contact you via email/phone
  • International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. We cannot confirm the charges and have no control over this.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express delivery times are not guaranteed and are displayed as estimates only.

Please note that with Express/Next Day delivery your order is shipped the following next working day (Monday-Friday) excluding public holidays.

We are not liable for courier delays as we have no control over this. Therefore, are unable to issue any shipping refunds for delayed shipments.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We apologise in advance for the inconvenience caused.
Please email us with a minimum of 3 pictures showing:

  • Each damaged item
  • Leaks inside the box
  • Picture of outside the box.
  • Any damaged notices left by the courier

We need this information to file a damaged claim with the courier.  

All claims must be reported within 3 days for delivery.
 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are not responsible for errors or omissions of your shipping/billing address and do not accept responsibility for any safe places or PO boxes.

    1. If an item is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by you. We will only refund you for the items and not the original shipping fee paid.
    2. if you wish to have the items re-delivered to you. We will require an additional shipping fee which will be sent via invoice. Please note that this will be subject to availability.

    LOST GOODS 

    In the event that the courier has lost your order in transit, please allow up to 15 working days for the courier to investigate this and declare the order officially lost before we process a full refund.

    For UK orders, the courier may take up to 30 days to declare the order as lost; for international orders, this may take up to 60 days. We require written confirmation from the courier before processing any refunds.

    We are not liable for any lost parcels via a third party authorised by yourself such a neighbour/local shop or anyone else. 

    DENIAL OF RECEIPT 

    We are not liable for any denial of receipt if the item was sent to a PO Box or sent to a nominated 'safe place'

    Please note as of the 9th October 2023 we cannot process a claim with the courier if the GPS coordinates are marked as delivered at the shipping address. If the item was signed for by an unrecognised person or neighbour, we cannot process a claim even if you did not receive the item.

    If your tracking states that your order was delivered but you didn't receive it and the GPS coordinates are not at the shipping address. Then this classifies as a Denial of Receipt.

    You must report this within 28 days of making your order.

    1. You will need to file out a signed Denial Of Receipt declaration below using your signature. Denial of receipt declaration
    2. Once we have received this, we will open a claim with the courier in order to investigate. 
    3. Please note that the outcome of the claim against the courier will depend entirely on said courier’s internal investigation outcome, per their policies. Any compensation awarded will be at the sole discretion of the courier.

    STOLEN GOODS 

    Any packages stolen post-delivery are not the responsibility of AQ Online Ltd.


    Mail theft is a legal offensive. If your parcel has been stolen, you will need to report this to the police and present any such evidence of this offence. 


    If you wish to have this matter raised with the courier, for having delivered your parcel in a manner to result in its theft, we can do this on your behalf upon request.

    But you will need to first file a police report, as this will be evidence of said theft in the claim against the courier. 


    Please note that the outcome of the claim against the courier will depend entirely on said courier’s internal investigation outcome, per their policies. Any compensation awarded will be at the sole discretion of the courier.

    INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED 

    Although we try our utmost to make sure we deliver exactly what you've ordered, sometimes mistakes do happen and we send the wrong product.

    In such circumstances, once we've been notified of the error by yourself, we'll arrange a collection with you at a time that suites you. If you do not have access to a printer, we will send you a QR Code to be scanned at your local parcel shop. 

    We recommend you package the items securely back into the package they were delivered in. Once collected, the correct item will be delivered between 1-3 Business days.

     

    RETURNS

    You can process a return within 14 days of delivery for any unused and unopened items using our online portal here and will be liable for any delivery costs- http://aqonline.returnscenter.com/

    The Consumer Rights Act 2015 stipulates that upon receipt of delivery the customers must notify the merchant in writing if the goods are faulty or misdescribed to be entitled to a full refund.

    If the goods are rejected upon delivery, you shall comply with the return procedure. Which requires you complete a returns form via http://aqonline.returnscenter.com/ to notify us of your intention to return any goods.

    REJECTED PARCELS/UNCLAIMED/RETURNED TO SENDER

    If the rejection is due to the parcel being damaged, then you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery back to us. 

    If the parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

    • Unclaimed- customer failed to arrange a re-delivery
    • Rejected by customer
    • Unpaid Custom Charges
    • Insufficient/Incomplete Address
    • Denied entry by customs

    Then you will only be entitled to a partial refund (the full refund of the goods less any postage costs).

    If we are charged any fees in association with the order being returned, we are required to deduct said fees from your total refund.

    If the amount we are charged is greater than the purchase price than no refund will be issued.

    If a parcel is returned to sender for any reason and you received free shipping, you will be charged for the associated shipping costs.

    We cannot change the delivery address once the order is dispatched and are not responsible for any delays, loss of package and any associated fees.

     REFUNDS FOR PROMOTIONS

    Free UK Shipping is classified as a promotion. Therefore, if you return an item and it falls below the shipping fee stipulated at the time of the order. i.e if your order goods costing £65 and you return a item that cost £10 then your total order value would.

    Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

    Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

    We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.     SEVERABILITY
